Hotel Program

We are very excited to get to offer this hotel program to our friends living farther away! Note—this perk is not available on 1 to 2 day tours.

Pre Night / Post Night Hotel Program
With our previous / post-night hotel program we will reserve you a room and your cost will only be $80.00 (based on availability).

How does this work:
Call and let us know that you want a room for the upcoming trip; the night before, night returning or both.
The cost to you will be $80.00 per night. That’s it! We do the rest.

Full payment for the hotel room will be required to Making Memories Tours 45 days before we leave. (or the same time as the balance of your trip is due). If you decide you want a room within 45 days of the trip leaving, payment will be due at the time of booking. *To ensure there will be availability, please let us know as soon as possible. For Bella Vista Pickup:
Hampton Inn - 4501 W Walnut St - Rogers, AR – Bentonville, AR 72712

Next morning you will drive to Riordan Hall in Bella Vista (less than eight miles away) and you will park your car there.

For Monett Pickup:
Super 8 Hotel, 201 Hess Dr, Monett, MO 65708

Next morning you will drive to Wal Mart Supercenter (less than 1 mile away) and you will park your car there.

For Springfield Pickup:
Oasis Hotel, 2546 N Glenstone Ave – Springfield, MO

We have made previous arrangements for you to leave your car there in the hotel parking lot while away on the trip.

For Washburn Pickup:
Four Season’s Inn & Suites, 101 S. Highway 37, Cassville, MO 65625

Next morning you will drive south on Hwy 37 to 128 N Old Wire Road to the Making Memories Tours home office in Washburn, MO and you will park your car there.
