Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta - A Bucket List Tour!

October 5-11, 2026 7 Days 10 Meals $100 Per Person Deposit Required Your package includes deluxe transportation, accommodations, all listed tour fees, and 10 meals. Join us on this dazzling celebration of flight set against the stunning backdrop of the Sandia Mountains in New Mexico as we watch in awe as hundreds of vibrant hot air balloons fill the sky! But that’s not all we have in store for you on this tour!

Day 1:

Our long-awaited journey begins today as we pick up our fellow travels and head west! We aren’t wasting any time getting this show on the road! This afternoon, we spend some time touring the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, OK followed by a “Party on the Prairie” in the western town of the museum where we enjoy a catered meal and live singing. After our enjoyable evening, we hang our hats for the night in Weatherford, OK.

Today is a day of travel where we get to know our traveling family and make our way to our hotel for the next 3 nights in Albuquerque, NM! Turn in early for tomorrow we rise before the sun!

The Oooh’s and Ahhh’s can be heard across the desert valley as the balloons take flight, glowing in all their splendor against the dark morning sky. We’ve upgraded our Balloon Fiesta experience this year to the Chaser’s Club Package! Our morning at the Balloon Fiesta includes reserved seating, catered breakfast, and a dedicated hospitality area to give you a less crowded, more relaxed experience. After our morning activities, we visit the Anderson Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, located steps from the launch field, a captivating and interactive museum showcasing artifacts, historic canopies, and even airships suspended overhead under the soaring ceilings. After a little rest this afternoon, you enjoy the breathtaking views as we take the Sandia Peak Tramway from the foothills of Albuquerque to the summit. At the top, the sweeping views of the Rio Grande Valley and Albuquerque can be seen. Our day would not be complete without a delicious dinner at County Line BBQ!

We arise early for another opportunity to watch the balloons take flight from our dedicated hospitality area. Breakfast is served again so we won’t miss any of the excitement! Included in the itinerary is a drone light show, morning glow, mass ascension, chainsaw carving, and more! After our morning of fabulous festivities, we are taking you to the Indian Pueblo Center. Lunch is on your own at the Indian Pueblo Kitchen with Native-inspired and New Mexico cuisine. You have some free time to shop and explore in Old Town Albuquerque after lunch. This evening, we return to the Balloon Fiesta for dinner in our dedicated hospitality area. Our evening at the fiesta also includes the Night Magic Glow, Fiesta De Los Globitos (Festival of the Little Balloons), Drone Light Show, fireworks and more!

The Turquoise Trail Scenic Byway awaits us this morning! We stop for a short visit in Madrid, NM, to shop and explore. Arriving next in the historic town of Santa Fe, NM surrounded by adobe buildings, museums and the famous Loretto Chapel, we have lunch on our own followed by a guided tour of the area. Working our way eastward, we rest our adventurous heads in Santa Rosa, NM tonight.

Our voyage out west wouldn’t be complete without a delicious meal at the Big Texan in Amarillo, TX. Tonight, our posse parks our 435-horse drawn (powered) red bus to turn in for the night in Clinton, OK.
