The sky transforms into a canvas of colors, shapes and sparkles galore. Competitors from countries from around the world “show” off their pyrotechnic skills to see who can best light up the skies! We will also enjoy various attractions from inspiring historic memorials to the breathtaking beauty of a sculpted garden. This trip offers a rich tapestry of experiences that cater to every taste. We’ll be there to guide you along the way, ensuring relaxing travel from one event to the next. We hope you’ll join us and see who wins the 2025 International Fireworks Championship!

After gathering our traveling companions, we will travel through Missouri before settling for the evening in Springfield, IL.

Today kicks off with a culturally enriching experience at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and  Museum   in Springfield, IL. Dive deep into the life and times of one of America’s most iconic figures, surrounded by engaging exhibits and historical artifacts. The day ends as we journey towards the vibrant arts and culture scene in Grand Rapids, MI.

Start your day with the art and nature at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, where art installations blend seamlessly with natural landscapes. Then, drive through the stunning Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, offering panoramic views of Lake Michigan and lush forests. This will be followed by a historical visit to the Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum, providing a glimpse into the heroic lifesaving services of the past. Wrap up the day with a stop at the Glen Haven Village, a sleepy little piece of history. After that, we’ll head to our hotel for the next two nights in Traverse City, MI.

Traverse City, MI, is packed with unique and engaging activities. We will begin our day with a visit to the Music House Museum, an auditory voyage through time with an extensive collection of musical instruments. The adventure continues aboard a majestic sailing vessel with Traverse Tall Ship Co., offering a breath of fresh air and an exhilarating experience on the waters. Once we’ve enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the Turtle Creek Stadium, we will conclude our day with our tour’s main event, International Fireworks Championship, a dazzling display of pyrotechnics that lights up the night sky from competitors around the world! After this spectacular evening, we will return to our hotel.
