The Grand Canyon needs no introduction. This natural wonder attracts visitors from all over the world. Prepare yourselves for an intimate look at one of nature’s greatest spectacles. It boasts dazzling displays of immense colorations and mind-boggling formations and stands as the world’s most majestic canyon at 277 miles long, 18 miles wide, and often over a mile deep. Additionally, because we like to go the extra mile, you’ll not only have the opportunity to see this incredible presentation of nature’s power, but you will also have the chance to visit several different destinations that will further awaken your senses. From the White Sands National Monument to the Petrified Forest of Arizona, no other tour will give you a grander sense of the miracles and marvels found in the American WestDay 1:
The memories begin as you hop on the big bus and start your journey toward the great state of Oklahoma. Our overnight tonight will be in Elk City, Oklahoma, where you can rest easy and prepare for the following day.

Day 2:
Meals: Breakfast
Saying goodbye to Elk City, your next stop is The Cross of Jesus in Groom, Texas. This stop is a series of monuments and depictions reenacting the passion of Jesus Christ. These powerful sculptures are an emotional reminder of the love and mercy of God. After dwelling on this testament to God’s love, your next stop is Palo Duro Canyon, a brief preview of the wonders that await. You’ll meet up with a guide who will take you through the canyon and highlight its many features. You’ll end your day in Roswell, New Mexico, ready to eat, rest, and make even more memories the next day.
Day 3:
Meals: Breakfast
After waking up in the charming town of Roswell, it seems only fitting to stop at the famed UFO Museum, where news articles and artifacts from 1947 tell the intriguing story of the Roswell crash landing. With Roswell behind you, your next stop is the White Sands National Monument in West Alamogordo, New Mexico. You can see the incredible white dunes made from white gypsum crystals at this monument. These white dunes will leave you in awe, overwhelmed by nature’s ability to create such anomalies even in the desert of New Mexico. As we leave here, we’ll make our way to Las Cruces, New Mexico, to finish our day.
Day 4:
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
This morning, we arrive at one of the toughest towns in the Old West: Tombstone. We travel back to this old west town on a guided trolley tour, which will drop us off at the O.K. Corral for an exciting reenactment of the famous gunfight. Afterward, there will be some free time to explore and eat on your own before we head to the Saguaro National Monument in Tucson, Arizona. The giant saguaro is the largest cacti in the nation, a symbol of the American West. The day ends by way of an included dinner at a local steakhouse.
Day 5:
Meals: Breakfast
On day five, you’ll find yourself in Clarkdale, Arizona. Here you’ll take a relaxing ride on the Verde Canyon Train. This fully restored, old-fashioned train will guide you through the Verde Canyon, filled with high desert rock faces, canopies of lush foliage, and crystal-clear waters, running silently through this magnificent gorge. This gentle trip will allow you to relax and recover from all the excitement of your last few days of travel. Upon disembarking, we will head over to our hotel in Cottonwood, AZ.
Day 6:
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
How do you top a train ride? With a jeep ride, of course! A Pink Jeep, to be more precise. The Pink Jeep Tour in Sedona, Arizona, is an excellent contrast to the relaxing ride from the day before. This exciting trek will take you through Sedona’s famous red-rock terrain. An experienced guide will be along for the ride, describing the rugged environment. Brace yourself for a wild yet informative back road trip that will undoubtedly create memories to last a lifetime. After our jeep ride, we make our way to the climax of our tour.
That’s right! This afternoon we arrive at the one and only Grand Canyon! This afternoon is yours to enjoy at the canyon, so take it all in before we make our way to our hotel this evening.
Day 7:
Meals: Breakfast
Prepare to be WOW’ed by the scenery today! You’ll begin your day with a guided bus tour of the South Rim. Once you’ve finished taking in the colored formations, twisting peaks, and massive landscape, you will return to the Grand Canyon Village, home of the Yavapai Point, one of the best places to observe the majestic views. Leaving the canyon behind, we find ourselves at the National Geographic Visitor Center to experience the Grand Canyon in IMAX. After this fun stop, it’s time to move on to Flagstaff, Arizona.
Day 8:
Meals: Breakfast
After seeing the marvel of the Grand Canyon, we’ll go to the Painted Desert Visitor Center in Petrified Forest, Arizona. Experience one more of the incredible natural wonders that Arizona has to offer! The full spectacle of stunning color will be yours to view!
