Tour Description

Tulsa may never be the same again! What do you have when you have antique shops – a huge craft show – and a two-story mall??? “SHOPPING HEAVEN!!” What do you have when you have a bus load of women – lots of shopping – and a pajama party??? “GIRLS JUST WANTING TO HAVE FUN!!” Remember those old pajama parties when you talked about everything and laughed about anything and snacked to your heart’s content? We are going to remake some memories of our own. Throw in three fabulous days of shopping and you have a tour made especially for girls just wanting to have fun!

Day 1:

You will need to be rested and ready to have fun. Your escort will start you off by helping you get acquainted and giving you something to laugh about. Your first shopping experience will be Main Street, Jenks, Oklahoma and then you will board the bus to go to the River City Trading Post in Jenks. It’s time to re-fuel so we are departing for the Los Cabos Mexican Grill & Cantina for our dinner. After dinner, we will travel to our hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Day 2:

After a lovely night’s rest, we depart for some more fun and shopping at “An Affair of the Heart”. Truly a unique marketplace with over 850 exhibitors (from a reported 26 different states), there is something for everyone. Food Vendors, Antiques, Arts and Crafts, Jewelry, it is all here. If you find you prefer something different, they do have a shuttle to the Outlet Mall. We don’t want anyone to get so tired that they leave their funny-bone behind so we are departing for dinner and a fairly early return to our hotel. Talk about Fun! After everybody is dressed in their favorite P.J.s, we are going to have a Pajama Party. I’m sure your tour director will have some fun surprises – Oh, Yes, and snacks, for an evening of fun and memories.

Day 3:

We check out of our hotel this morning but it “ain’t over yet”. We will travel to the Woodland Hills Mall for some more traditional style shopping. We have a late lunch (or maybe just dessert) at the Cheesecake Factory before departing Tulsa. We enjoy a lovely afternoon break at the Amish Cheese House in Chouteau, OK with an opportunity to purchase some Amish Cheese, pastries and other yummy stuff. We will have a rather late arrival home, but after all, we do have to sort all of the goodies that we have purchased on our fun shopping spree.
