GIRLS ONLY! Look out KC here we come ……… That’s right ladies, its back! Our 2nd Annual Girls Just Wanna Have Fun trip! We have been looking forward to KC since last year in Tulsa. The laughter will continue this year as we shop, snack, see a show, shop, go to a festival, enjoy beautiful gardens and did I mention we are shopping? And for a return engagement: the famous pajama party. If you are unsure how much fun a girl can have at a pajama party, just ask anyone who went last year. We laughed until we cried. So grab your make-up and let’s go …. Kansas City will never be the same!!!

Day 1:

Meals: Dinner
It’s our weekend so let’s make the most of it!!! We head out today going north for our first stop at Lee’s Summit Days to spend several hours at the annual festival where we can shop, eat, get ideas and just hang out. We will stop by our hotel, for the next two nights, to freshen up (if needed) and off we go to our Girls Night Out. We will be going to The New Theater where we will have a scrumptious dinner and see a show. (Remember calories don’t count when we are gone this weekend so enjoy.) We are going back to the hotel to get our beauty rest for the wild -n crazy day ahead tomorrow.

Day 2:

Meals: Breakfast
S-a-t-u-r-d-a-y… Shop ‘til you drop day! We have all day to spend at Legend’s Outlet Mall on a glorious shopping spree. There is also the Hollywood Casino close by for any of the ladies out there feeling lucky. Or, if you and your bestie want to see a chic flick, there is a movie theater close by. Tonight after arriving at our hotel, we will get set up for our famous pajama party.

Day 3:

Meals: Breakfast
First thing on the agenda for today is to head over to Powel Gardens to take in the beauty of this botanical wonderland. We will leave here but we’re not going home yet. Our next sweet stop will be at the Russell Stover Candies shop. No girls’ trip would be complete without some form of chocolate involved. Then as we head home we will smile and laugh out loud at all the fun we have had together! :) If you want your spending kept a secret, we at Making Memories will keep it quiet for you (What happens in KC stays in KC!).
