Tour Description

Join us for ten days of pure relaxation as we board the Carnival Cruise Lines in Galveston, Texas for a gorgeous cruise through the beautiful turquoise waters of the eastern Caribbean to places such as Key West and the Bahamas. This beautiful tour is all you can imagine with breathtaking sites, amenities and entertainment aboard our ship.  You will be in awe from the first glimpse of the amazing ship to the gorgeous scenery this trip has to offer.

Day 1:

We will have an early start this morning in order to arrive in time to board our ship tomorrow at noon.  Our destination tonight will be Tyler, Texas.  This travel day will give you time to relax and get ready for all the fun activities you are going to experience and enjoy.

Day 2:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

What an exciting day as we continue on our way to the Port of Galveston.  The adrenalin begins to flow as you set your sites on the floating hotel in the harbor.  You will be able to explore all the wonderful amenities and entertainment this beautiful ship has to offer.  You will be able to board around noon and enjoy your first meal on this floating getaway. Our majestic host ship is called the Carnival Magic.  Holding true to its name the ship offers 24 hours of fun, dining and entertainment designed especially for you. Around 4:00pm you will want to make your way to the deck and wave good-bye to all the well-wishers.

Day 3:

Today we are at sea and will have the opportunity to see all our ship has to offer.  There are so many things going on, you will have a hard time deciding which one you want to do first.  Whether you take in the ocean air in a lounge chair by the pool or take in a movie it’s all up to you.  This luxurious ship has plenty of games and entertainment for you to enjoy as well.

Day 4:

Today we will dock at a vacation’s dream in Key West, Florida. The beautiful waters of this breathtaking coastal beach has a wonderful variety of entertainment to keep you busy. Or go to the Dry Tortugas National Park and Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. For the more adventurous traveler a deep sea dive to the Vandenberg wreck is an option. Key West also offers a variety of local shopping areas to take home that one-of-a-kind souvenir. Just remember the ship sets sail again at 6:00pm.

Day 5:

This morning you will wake up and be docked at Freeport, Bahamas. This location offers premier snorkeling in the beautiful sheltered coral reefs and deep-sea diving excursions. The choices are endless but the magic is unbelievable. Again, remember the ship sets sail at 5:00pm.

Day 6:

Today is the day you will wake up and be in Nassau, Bahamas. There is a variety of fun, entertaining activities just waiting for you. Whether it be zip-lining, deep sea diving, shopping or 18 holes of golf Nassau has everything you could possible imagine and more.  Just don’t get caught up and forget to board the ship by 5:00pm.

Today is another beautiful day relaxing on our wonderful ship.  You can sit back and take in the beautiful scenery on deck or dive into the live entertainment and shows the ship offers.  It’s your choice.

Day 8:

Our last day at sea will give us an opportunity to do all the things we haven’t had time to do. Be sure to sample all the wonderful foods that has been prepared. Catch up on your leisure time, see a movie or simple doing nothing but breathe the ocean air.

Our return time to Port of Galveston is 8:00 am. You will have plenty of time for breakfast before disembarking. As we say good-bye to our lovely ship, we will board our coach and start heading back home.  Our evening destination will be Corsicana, Texas.

As we make our way home today we will remember all the wonderful memories we have made. The beautiful and breathtaking views of the scenery we have seen will remind us of a quiet and peaceful time. Making Memories is glad we have been privileged to share this wonderful trip with you.
